The 2nd LP by In Camera (a collaborative project by Christoph Heemann and Timo Van Luijk). Open Air features very dynamic live material recorded outdoors, under the moon, in March, 2004. Live improvisation integrating a stream of acoustic elements with continuous modulation. An edition of 400 copies.
The CD version of Open Air is also available in a two-disc special edition. This includes a bonus CDR of In Camera's VPRO Radio Session — recorded 22 August, 2006 for Dutch radio. This beautiful companion album was released on the occasion of In Camera's summer 2008 performances in Switzerland and Italy. An edition of 110 copies, of which 88 are available for sale.
Open Air is also available as a 2 x LP special edition. This includes a bonus LP featuring new solo work by each artist. An edition of 146 copies, of which 105 are available for sale. It contains the following compositions:
